Shipping Rates & Delivery Information
Our shipping rates are charged based on the total amount that you
spend on our online store. This saves you much more on shipping
rates than those charged on a per item basis.
We charge minimum rates, and in some cases, the shipping cost is
higher than we charge.
The rates below are applicable for all shipments to any part of
the world. Yes, we ship internationally.

Registered Airmail (1.5-3 weeks)
Registering your mail costs an additional $3.95. We recommend using
registered airmail as it gives your order extra protection:
- Special barcode tagged so that your order can be traced in
the event of lost mail.
- Registered articles are also treated separately from regular
mail, which greatly reduces the chance of damages during transit.
- Depending on your country, registered mail are either sent
directly to your address, or picked up via your local postal office
and requires a signature. This ensures that your order gets to
the intended receipent, safely and securely.
Express Shipments
Express shipments cost an additional $29 and your items will arrive
in 4-6 working days.
However, please note that Fedex cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Regular Airmail Shipments
Deliveries are made via airmail to
ensure that all items arrive. It typically takes about 1.5-3 weeks
for deliveries to be completed, as the items are coming from Singapore. Please note that it may take longer if you ordered items on backorder (mentioned on item page).
All mails are sent from our local
postal service, SingPost. At this point of time, SingPost does not
support online tracking of articles. However, you can check
the status of your order here.
